Our body is a wise storyteller, constantly communicating with us—through tension, posture, breath, and more. Yet we often don’t listen, or we don’t want to hear. It also has the ability to hold emotional imprints long after the mind has signaled that everything is fine. These imprints can be worked with, for example, through breathwork or eye movements, which serve as natural gateways to our nervous system. Through somatic work, we can gain the body’s “yes” to transformation.

While our conscious mind understands logic and facts, the unconscious communicates through images, metaphors, and stories.
