We all reach moments when familiar strategies no longer serve, and the path forward feels uncertain. You may sense you're stuck—but just not sure where or how to move next. These are challenging moments, yet they hold the greatest potential for transformation.

Change isn’t a one-time leap—it happens in small steps, with kindness, patience, and acceptance of what is. When we feel safe, connected to ourselves, and allow our emotions and bodies to be truly felt, we open up to our inner strength and wisdom.

Dragonflies seem to appear when I'm standing at a crossroads. They remind me that even life's difficult seasons can be met with lightness and hope. That's why they became the symbol of my work and of Na křídlech změny ("On the Wings of Change")

For years, I felt I had to choose between leading organisational change and coaching individuals. Today, I'm grateful I no longer have to. I get to do both.

Working with individuals helps me understand how people truly experience change. Their emotions, conscious and unconscious patterns, and why the same situation can mean something completely different to two people.

At the same time, I continue leading transformation programmes. It keeps me close to the reality of today's organisations. I know what it's like to lead teams, make decisions under pressure, and navigate back-to-back meetings.

Bringing these two worlds together gives me a broader perspective on organisational change and a more practical approach to coaching.

Change isn't just my profession. It's personal. Illness, difficult relationships, and major life transitions brought me closer to nature and, ultimately, to myself. They taught me that sensitivity isn't weakness. It's strength. And that real change begins when we dare to look a little deeper.

My work is guided by respect for every person's uniqueness, humility, the connection between mind and body, and the belief that lasting change takes time.

Outside work, you'll often find me at the piano or singing. Music reminds me that not everything can be expressed in words, and that the deepest shifts sometimes begin with listening.

My Foundations

My work is rooted in a blend of international certifications, specialized training, and years of experience in coaching and change leadership. Each step has equipped me with tools and approaches I integrate into a supportive, effective coaching process:

Change Management Practitioner

(PROSCI, 2018) Professional certification in organisational change management, providing practical frameworks for guiding individuals, teams, and organisations through change using the ADKAR® methodology.

Professional Coaching Skills Training

(AC – Association for Coaching, 2018) Professional coaching training covering skills, coaching ethics, and transformational coaching conversations.

NLP Practitioner

(DVNLP – Deutsche Verband für Neuro-Linguistisches Programmieren, 2024) One-year NLP training (170 hours) providing a solid foundation in NLP, conscious and unconscious communication, thinking strategies, and personal transformation.

NLP Master Practitioner

(DVNLP – Deutsche Verband für Neuro-Linguistisches Programmieren, 2026)
Advanced one-year NLP training (180 hours) focused on complex coaching techniques, generative trance, unconscious change processes, and integrating NLP into transformational coaching.

Positive Intelligence – 6-week Program

(PI – Positive Intelligence, 2020) Six-week Positive Intelligence programme providing practical tools for strengthening mental resilience and emotional regulation, as well as working with the inner critic.

Eye Movement Techniques

(Shangri-La Osho Meditační Centrum, 2024) Training in gentle yet effective eye movement techniques supporting emotional processing and integration of challenging life experiences.

Are sessions online or in-person?

Most sessions are held online (Google Meet or another agreed platform), offering convenience and flexibility. If you're in Prague, I also offer a limited number of in-person sessions in Vinohrady (Praha 10).Většina sezení probíhá online přes Google Meet (nebo jinou domluvenou platformu), což je pohodlné a flexibilní. Pokud jste z Prahy, nabízím také omezený počet osobních sezení na Praze 10, Vinohradech.

Is coaching appropriate if I’m on medication or seeing a psychologist?

If you're taking medication for mental health or are in the care of a psychologist or psychiatrist, please inform me before your first session. Coaching may complement professional psychological support—but is not a substitute. Thank you for your trust and transparency.

How do I book, pay, or cancel?

You can book a session through the website or by email. Payment is typically done in advance via bank transfer. I respect your time and ask for the same courtesy—if you need to reschedule or cancel, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee (unless for exceptional circumstances such as illness or emergencies). Thank you for your understanding and fairness.

What topics can I bring to coaching?

I support clients through life transitions—career, health, relationships, housing… No topic is too trivial. Maybe you seek fresh perspective, deeper self-confidence, or inner peace—especially if you're feeling overwhelmed. Unsure if coaching is right for you? Reach out, and we can schedule a free introductory conversation.

What happens in a typical session?

Sessions are tailored to your needs and usually include:

  • Brief grounding exercise
  • Dialogue and collaboration to explore new perspectives
  • Guiding techniques
  • Reflection, with simple take-home exercises

A session lasts approximately 90 minutes. Think of this as a guideline—sometimes we’ll need a bit more or less time. I recommend giving yourself some space afterward to let whatever arises settle and integrate.

How does your approach support mindful change?

Each method I combine unlocks transformation on a different level. Mindfulness elevates awareness and bodily/emotional sensing. NLP reshapes limiting beliefs and subconscious patterns. Somatic work engages the body—releasing tension and dissolving outdated imprints. Together, these offer deeper, more lasting change.
