We all reach moments when familiar strategies no longer serve, and the path forward feels uncertain. You may sense you're stuck—but just not sure where or how to move next. These are challenging moments, yet they hold the greatest potential for transformation.

Change isn’t a one-time leap—it happens in small steps, with kindness, patience, and acceptance of what is. When we feel safe, connected to ourselves, and allow our emotions and bodies to be truly felt, we open up to our inner strength and wisdom.

Coach in the Clouds, Feet on the Ground

Dragonflies always appear when I’m at a turning point. As mysterious messengers, they remind me that even difficult times can be met with lightness—and that every new beginning carries hope. They symbolize my work as well.

I’ve spent more than a decade leading change in corporate environments. But what truly fulfills me is the one-to-one coaching—the privilege of guiding others on their personal transformation journey. Today, I blend corporate transformation experience with individual coaching and NLP.

Change isn’t just my profession—it’s also my personal journey. I’ve faced illness, relationship challenges, and life-altering transitions—each drawing me closer to nature and to myself. I believe sensitivity is a source of strength, and real transformation happens when we dare to look deeper.

My work is grounded in values I consider essential:

  • Respect for uniqueness: We each have our own values, talents, and story.
  • Slow is the new fast: Slowing down and practicing mindfulness paves the way to genuine transformation.
  • Humility: A coach guides; they don’t dictate.
  • Mind + Heart: I combine structured techniques with intuitive compassion.

I’m a social introvert who recharges in nature—often with my four-legged companion, Bella. Music gives me a voice when words fall short; I sing in a choir and continue learning piano and ukulele. I used to travel extensively and explore the world with a backpack. Though I still dream of more adventures, now I focus on the journey inward—back to myself.

Are sessions online or in-person?

Most sessions are held online (Google Meet or another agreed platform), offering convenience and flexibility. If you're in Prague, I also offer a limited number of in-person sessions in Vinohrady (Praha 10).Většina sezení probíhá online přes Google Meet (nebo jinou domluvenou platformu), což je pohodlné a flexibilní. Pokud jste z Prahy, nabízím také omezený počet osobních sezení na Praze 10, Vinohradech.

Is coaching appropriate if I’m on medication or seeing a psychologist?

If you're taking medication for mental health or are in the care of a psychologist or psychiatrist, please inform me before your first session. Coaching may complement professional psychological support—but is not a substitute. Thank you for your trust and transparency.

How do I book, pay, or cancel?

You can book a session through the website or by email. Payment is typically done in advance via bank transfer. I respect your time and ask for the same courtesy—if you need to reschedule or cancel, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee (unless for exceptional circumstances such as illness or emergencies). Thank you for your understanding and fairness.

What topics can I bring to coaching?

I support clients through life transitions—career, health, relationships, housing… No topic is too trivial. Maybe you seek fresh perspective, deeper self-confidence, or inner peace—especially if you're feeling overwhelmed. Unsure if coaching is right for you? Reach out, and we can schedule a free introductory conversation.

What happens in a typical session?

Sessions are tailored to your needs and usually include:

  • Brief grounding exercise
  • Dialogue and collaboration to explore new perspectives
  • Guiding techniques
  • Reflection, with simple take-home exercises

A session lasts approximately 90 minutes. Think of this as a guideline—sometimes we’ll need a bit more or less time. I recommend giving yourself some space afterward to let whatever arises settle and integrate.

How does your approach support mindful change?

Each method I combine unlocks transformation on a different level. Mindfulness elevates awareness and bodily/emotional sensing. NLP reshapes limiting beliefs and subconscious patterns. Somatic work engages the body—releasing tension and dissolving outdated imprints. Together, these offer deeper, more lasting change.
